4. Use of TrueDepth Camera and Face Data

Some apps may use Apple’s TrueDepth camera via ARKit to enable face tracking and augmented reality features.

When used, the TrueDepth API accesses:

Real-time facial geometry and movement (e.g., face position, head rotation)

This data is:

Used only for rendering AR content or applying face effects
Processed entirely on-device
Never stored, transmitted, or shared with third parties

This usage fully complies with Apple’s TrueDepth and biometric data guidelines.

5. Permissions Our Apps May Request

Depending on the app’s features, we may request access to:

Camera: For AR or photo/video recording features
Microphone: For video or audio input
Photo Library: To save or load user-created content
Location: For location-based features (if any)

All permissions are optional and requested at runtime.

Our apps are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Apps that target a general audience comply with COPPA and similar regulations.
